The pattern generator minimum resolution is 2.5 microns, the step & repeat is 1 micron. These units accommodate plate sizes from 2".5 to 8"x10", maximum writing area is 6"x9"and plate thicknesses from .030" mils to .250" mils
To fully utilize the Electromask capabilities and minimize your flash count the Criss Cross configuration is your best choice. Two cameras on one system and the combination use of the two surpasses the capabilities of the other brands available, and in most cases the writing is faster than the laser writers.
