High'born was established in September 1985 with you in mind. For  22.5 years  we have built a reputation in the photomask industry based on trust, care and dependability. Our specialty is the Electromask, TRE, Aset photomask units. 32.5 years total in the photolithography business.

What's New?

Our  PCEM upgrade eliminates the use of magnetic tapes as the medium to transfer data to the pattern generator thus saving you money and the headaches associated with the use of tapes or cassettes. Also we use the latest HP/Agilent laser heads for positional accuracy.
