Our specialty is the Electromask, TRE, Aset photomask units. 36 years total in the photolithography industry, with specialty in optical mask generation and wafer steppers.

What We Do

We provide reconditioned/upgraded pattern generators/steppers at the lowest price of the industry for similar units. Our prices are all-inclusive. We are a "one stop shop" for your photomask needs. Our services include; sales of equipment, installation, remedial repairs, maintenance, training, technical support and spare parts.

What's New?

Our PCEM upgrade replaces the need to use magnetic tapes as the medium to transfer data to the pattern generator, it is done via a PC, this eliminates all the peripherals that are associated with the use of mag tapes. Saves you time and money.

 We are using the latest HP-Agilent laser heads to control stage positioning, this improves the accuracy by a factor of lambda/8 as the mm/sec to track the stages is higher on the new models.

New and improved service plans, our plan "B" saves you money and includes our phone technical support, thus giving you savings on unnecessary service calls for small problems.
